Firstly I would like to introduce myself, my name is Simon Shellard and I was born in Northampton in 1975 and started gardening at a very early age. My father was an avid gardener and an extremely talented landscaper and most weekends and school holiday were spent helping him with all manner of garden projects.

At the age of 16 I attended Moulton College of Horticulture in Northamptonshire. After leaving college I was fortunate enough to be able to work my way up to the position of Head Gardener on a country estate on the outskirts of Northamptonshire.

After 5 happy years I moved on to working for some of the biggest landscape companies in the UK. Here I furthered my experience of hard and soft landscaping while working on multi-million pound houses and show gardens.

My next career move was back to another position of Head Gardener working on a large and prestigious country estate where my duties included; landscaping, maintenance, growing vegetables and looking after livestock (chasing the chickens, trying to get them in at night !!) and the general day to day running of the estate.

So, onto the present day, where you find me re-located to Andover in Hampshire offering not only my professional expertise but also my passion and flair in order to give you the garden you desire at the most competitive prices.
